Heavy Runner are Polish hardcore band. This is a debut 10 song LP. In "Life Music" you can expect a full dose of heavy groove hardcore very reminiscent of Crown Of Thornz and even The Mongoloids to a certain extent, especially when the singer switches vocal styles. Their affinity with rap is displayed in the best way possible, adding great flow to the singing and music which also shows small traits of Polish beatdown in times.
